• Excellent Air Cleanliness: The internal high-quality multi-layer Borosilicate Microglass coalescing filter media strictly limits the residual oil aerosol content in compressed air to 2–3 ppm (or mg/m³). This not only greatly reduces lubricating oil consumption but also protects expensive downstream precision air-consuming equipment from oil contamination.
• Outstanding Energy-Saving Performance: The optimally designed filter media structure delivers an extremely low initial pressure drop of only 2–3 psi (approximately 0.14–0.20 bar). It significantly reduces the load on the main air compressor, cutting the overall electricity cost for factory operation.
• High-Strength Structural Design: The filter cartridge frame and end caps are made of premium anti-corrosion metal materials, with a collapse-resistant pressure rating up to 70 psi (approximately 4.8 bar). The filter cartridge remains free from deformation, perforation or collapse even under complex working conditions or instantaneous high pressure differentials.
• Long Service Life: At standard operating temperatures (82°C - 110°C) with proper maintenance, this filter cartridge features high dust holding capacity and stable coalescing separation efficiency, effectively extending the overall equipment maintenance interval.

Golden Fine-tuning" of the oil return pipe length: 1. KD620-001 is a deep filter element with an overall height of 756 mm. When installing the oil return pipe, the clearance between the bottom metal tube of the oil return pipe and the bottom of the oil separator core is critical. 2. Standard: Maintain a clearance of 1.5 mm to 3 mm from the bottom of the filter element. 3. Consequences: Contacting the bottom will block oil return and make oil suction impossible; excessive clearance (e.g., more than 5 mm) will leave accumulated oil at the bottom un-sucked, which will then be discharged along with air. "Cross Progressive Tightening Method" for flange bolts: 1. The filter element has an outer diameter of 292 mm and a relatively large flange plate. Do not tighten the top cover bolts of the oil-gas barrel one by one in clockwise order. 2. Correct procedure: Tighten in a diagonal (cross-staggered) sequence with three progressive torque stages (30% → 60% → 100%) to guarantee even stress distribution on the sealing surface. Verification of anti-static staples: 1. Original replacement gaskets from Keltec or Ingersoll Rand are usually fitted with several small metal staples or conductive copper strips. 2. Before fitting into the unit, use the resistance mode of a multimeter to measure the resistance between the metal top cap of the filter element and the housing of the oil-gas barrel to confirm electrical continuity (resistance close to 0). This serves as the final safeguard against explosions caused by static sparks inside the oil-gas barrel.
