Core Functions and Working Principle

During the operation of the screw air compressor, a large amount of cooling lubricating oil will be mixed into the compressed air. 2906075100 adopts the dual principles of built-in mechanical impingement and coalescence filtration:

1. Mechanical Coalescence: The mixed gas carrying oil mist enters the oil separator tank for preliminary cyclone separation, after which large oil droplets settle.

2. Micron-level Filtration: The gas containing micron-sized oil mist passes through the high-density glass fiber layer of this filter element. The oil mist coalesces into large oil droplets here, falls to the bottom of the filter element by gravity, and is pumped back to the lubrication system through the oil return pipe.

3. Pure Gas Output: Clean compressed air with extremely low residual oil content that meets industrial standards is finally delivered.
