Фильтр сепаратора воздуха/нефти 2901990420

2901990420 is the part number of the oil separator filter service kit for oil-injected screw air compressors (such as models including the GA132VSD). The core function of this component is to condense and separate oil mist from the compressed air of the air compressor, allowing lubricating oil to flow back into the compression host, so as to guarantee the cleanliness of the output air and reduce lubricating oil consumption.

Core Functions and Working Principle

During the operation of the screw air compressor, lubricating oil is injected into the main unit for sealing, cooling and lubrication. Therefore, the gas discharged from the main unit is a high-pressure mixture of air and lubricating oil.

2901990420 adopts Coalescence separation technology: when the oil-gas mixture passes through the built-in ultra-fine glass fiber layer, tiny oil droplets at the 0.1-micron level collide, are intercepted on the fiber surface and coalesce into larger oil droplets. Under the action of gravity, the liquid oil settles to the bottom of the filter element and returns to the compression main unit through the oil return system for recycling; the purified compressed air after fine separation is delivered to the downstream equipment.

Product Advantages and Features

• Three-in-one Efficient Separation: This kit adopts a scientific structure with three filter elements working in parallel to meet the requirements of high-air-volume and high-flow-rate oil-gas fine separation.

• Extremely Low Pipeline Pressure Loss (Low Energy Consumption): The initial pressure differential is usually ≤ 0.02 MPa (0.2 bar). This means the air compressor does not need extra power consumption to overcome the resistance of filter elements, which can greatly cut the enterprise's annual electricity cost for production.

• High-Purity Exhaust Gas: The filtration accuracy reaches 0.1 μm, and the residual oil content at the outlet is strictly controlled below 3 ppm, effectively protecting the safety of downstream precision filters, pneumatic components and end gas-consuming products.

• Excellent Pressure Resistance and Stability: The support frame is made of reinforced anti-corrosion steel mesh, and the end caps adopt a mechanically reinforced design. It features outstanding resistance to high pressure differentials, completely preventing severe oil leakage accidents caused by filter element collapse or breakdown under heavy load or sudden loading.

• Original Long-service-life Design: Under standard working conditions and with original lubricating oil used, the designed service life is up to 4000 operating hours.
